This week Ryan and Shawn speak with Dorsey Standish, the Chief Operations Officer of Mastermind, the region’s first “gym” for your brain. Dorsey has nearly ten years of experience practicing and teaching mindfulness.
Dorsey has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and is currently working on earning a M.S. in Applied Cognition & Neuroscience from the University of Texas at Dallas.
In 2016, Dorsey left the tech industry to pursue a career in teaching mindfulness, where she teaches high performers how to harness greater equanimity and depth of focus through mindfulness-based brain health.
Mastermind is a mindfulness-based meditation resource offering a regular classes in locations throughout Dallas, workshops, custom events and corporate mindfulness events and programs.
