Ever wondered how to eat a bowl of Pho? In this video I go over the basics of what to do with your steaming hot bowl of Pho.

Are you in the Dallas Fort Worth area of North Texas and looking for Pho? In this video I visit one local Pho establishment and give my thoughts at the end of the video on this particular pho restaurant – Pho Empire.

Some of you may have noticed the slightly undercooked meat at the beginning of the video. This is due in part to the pho cooking process. The pho as a whole continues to cook even after you get it to your table. This is why the bowl of broth is so piping hot when it arrives. It allows for you to get a unique mix and final tasting product after you have added in the ingredients you want and given it a few more minutes to completely cook.
