Chad Houser is the Executive Chef and Founder of Café Momentum, a popular farm-to-table restaurant in Dallas, Texas that employs young people just released from jail. During their paid 12-month internship, Chad and his fellow chefs at Café Momentum teach at-risk youth how to run a restaurant from the kitchen to the front of house. Chad came by the show to talk about why he started this non-profit restaurant, and what he learns from the young men and women he’s employed over the years.
