A Dallas judge has ruled that the trial of Amber Guyger will remain in Dallas.

Guyger was charged with murdering Botham Jean in September, 2018.

Guyger’s legal team pushed to get her trial moved out of Dallas, saying that media hysteria was a problem that would prevent the fired cop from receiving a fair trial.
